OVERVIEW

Junior club provides childcare for children aged between 5-9 years old. We plan, prepare and provide a diverse play provision during term time and during the school holidays.

Come and register your child/ren today... so they can join in on our after school activities and sign up for our holiday playscheme.

We operate every Tuesday during term time 4.30-6pm and during the school holidays, dates and time are varied.
GOALS

  • To provide young people with activities and to give them opportunities to explore new things outside of school.
  • To provide opportunities for rich and positive interaction with peer groups and adults. 
  • Offers a safe space to explore.
  • We encourage young people to express their ideas and feelings in a relaxed​ environment.
KEY DETAILS

We set up a young people’s meeting once a term to discuss the activities they would like to do, this encourages communication between each other and gives them an opportunity to use their voice and express themselves.
After planning we implement their programme weekly. We offer activities such as
Arts and crafts
Music, dance and movement
Sports/hall games
Games nights
Movie nights
Construction play
Planting
Cooking
